Vietnam Art Photo Tour

NOTE: ITINERARY MAY BE CHANGED FOR THE BETTER EXPERIENCE IF ANY

DAY 1 - 8 FEB 2025: HO CHI MINH CITY ARRIVAL

Welcome to the Vietnam Art photography Tour organized by An Bui. I will pick you up at the Ho Chi Minh City Airport, transfer to a hotel and relax after a long flight to Vietnam. You can arrive in Ho Chi Minh City on any flight scheduled on this day, or you can arrive a few days before the trip to explore the city, then join with us on this day. Ho Chi Minh is the biggest and modern city in Vietnam, you can find good travel service here. Moreover, there are many international ATM or money exchanges as well as card accepting in most of the restaurants or shops in the city center. Relax to prepare for our trip soon to begin the next day.

DAY 2 - 9 FEB 2025: HO CHI MINH CITY / BAO LOC

Breakfast at a hotel.

Morning departs to Bao Loc with 5 hours of driving. Bao Loc is the most famous destination for tea production in Vietnam based on its advantage of cool climate and highland area. This landscape should be dramatic with the mist with the sunrise.

Lunch at a local restaurant on the way. Afternoon visit the Bat Nha Monastery in Bao Loc surrounded by the tea farm. This Buddhist Monastery has a nice construction inside the quiet pine forest. Then we visit one of the best waterfalls in Bao Loc, enjoy photography at the Dambri Waterfall in Bao Loc in the sunset.

DAY 3 - 10 FEB 2025: BAO LOC / DA LAT

Early morning departs to enjoy sunrise photography with the landscape of Bao Loc. We will transfer to one of the highest tea hills of Bao Loc. Then with 200 meter walking we will arrive at the shooting point with the view of sunrise with other lower tea hills.

Back hotel for breakfast. Morning transfer to Da Lat with 3 hours of driving.

Lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon visit the old DaLat Railway Station, this place most tourists come to check in when they travel to Da Lat, it is a nice place with French colonial architecture. Then continue enjoying sunset photography of the landscape of Da Lat. There are some shooting views for sunset in Da Lat. Depending on our group fitness then I will suggest you spot the ideal shooting point. Some shooting points need walking to the hill around 500 to 700 meters, some shooting points our car can enter.

DAY 4 - 11 FEB 2025: DA LAT / PHAN RANG

Enjoy sunrise photography with the landscape of Da Lat. This period in Da Lat often has mist, I will suggest you spot the ideal shooting place for this morning.

Back to the hotel for breakfast. Morning transfer to Phan Rang with 3 hours of driving. Phan Rang is located in the southern coastal area with mostly dry and hot seasons, so this place is ideal to plant grape fruit, onions and garlic. Moreover, this place recently is very popular for making solar electricity and wind electricity based on its suitable weather.

Lunch at a local restaurant in Phan Rang. Afternoon enjoy sunset photography at the sand dunes (Model setup for photography). The sand dunes in Phan Rang are not very huge, but its shape is great for photography as this place is rare for tourists visiting now. We will have several shooting concepts in the sand dunes of Phan Rang with the minority Cham People. We will enjoy photography with the models until the sun is set.

DAY 5 - 12 FEB 2025: PHAN RANG

Enjoy sunrise photography with the Cham people in the sand dunes again (Setup for photography).

Back to the hotel for breakfast. Morning enjoys portrait photography of the elderly in Phan Rang (Model setup for photography).

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon enjoy photography at the sheep farm (Model setup for photography). We will visit the area of the sheep farm and wait until the sheep come to their home. This shooting activity looks very funny, we need a little fitness to walk in front of the sheep, please notice the sheep walk really fast. After that, if the light is still good, we can transfer to enjoy the sunset with the wind electricity farm in Phan Rang. Surrounding the wind electricity farm is the rice paddy field, we can also have an opportunity to photograph the minority going home through the rice paddy fields too.

DAY 6 - 13 FEB 2025: PHAN RANG / HON KHOI

Enjoy sunrise photography of the seascape of Phan Rang. There are many seascape view for photography in Phan Rang. Depending on weather and our group fitness, I will suggest you ideal shooting place on spot.

Afternoon transfer to Hon Khoi with 2.5 hours of driving.

DAY 7 - 14 FEB 2025: HON KHOI / TUY HOA

Enjoy sunrise photography at the salt fields with local workers (Model setup for photography). These shooting activities are only available with the dry weather. This period is good for photography at the salt fields.

Back to the hotel for breakfast. Morning transfer to Tuy Hoa with 2 hours of driving.

Lunch at a local restaurant. Photo stops at Nghinh Phong tower, this tower is really nice based on the inspiration of the natural heritage of Phu Yen, the Ganh Da Dia, and this tower got many prizes for world architecture recently.

Enjoy afternoon shooting at O Loan Lagoon. Surrounding the O Loan Lagoon is the local village, they are very friendly and they are mainly earning a living base on the lagoon.

DAY 8 - 15 FEB 2025: TUY HOA / QUY NHON

Enjoy sunrise photography at the seascape of Phu Yen. Phu Yen is the province along the beach, so there are many nice places for seascape photography, one of the famous is the Ganh Da Dia.

Back to the hotel for breakfast.

Afternoon transfer to Quy Nhon with 2 hours of driving.

DAY 9 - 16 FEB 2025: QUY NHON / TAM KY

Early morning transfer to the handicraft village of making rice noodle (Model setup for photography if any possible)

Back to the hotel for breakfast.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon transfer to Tam Ky with 4.5 hours of driving.

Dinner at a local restaurant.

Overnight at a hotel in Tam Ky.

DAY 10 - 17 FEB 2025: TAM KY / HUE

Enjoy sunrise photography at the biggest fishing market in Vietnam along the beach. Early morning fishermen come to the beach by rounded boats with their fresh fish to sell directly to buyers.

Back to the hotel for breakfast.

Morning transfer to Hue with 3 hours of driving.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon enjoy portrait photography with a lady in Ao Dai (Model setup for photography). Ao Dai is the traditional dress of Vietnam and it is nicer during people visiting the heritage sites.

DAY 11 - 18 FEB 2025: HUE

Early breakfast at the hotel.

Morning enjoys photography at the handicraft village to make paper flowers in Hue (Model setup for photography). With the light of early morning in the rural place of Hue, it makes the photo more dramatic.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Enjoy photography with fishermen throwing fishing nets in the river (Model setup for photography).

Afternoon enjoy photography with the lady in Ao Dai throwing the lantern on the river (Model setup for photography). Throwing lanterns to the river is the traditional activity of people in Hue, on the full moon night, they often throw the lantern and make a wish.

DAY 12 - 19 FEB 2025: HUE / HOI AN

Enjoy sunrise photography at the lagoon of Hue. We departed early in the morning to visit the fishing village along the lagoon of Hue. During sunrise is the time the fishermen come back to sell their fish.

Back to the hotel for breakfast. Morning transfer to Hoi An with 3 hours of driving.

Enjoy sunset and twilight time in Hoi An.

DAY 13 - 20 FEB 2025: HOI AN

Enjoy sunrise photography with the fishermen at Hoi An (Model setup for photography). Early morning, enjoy a boat trip to the fishing village for photography with the fishermen in Hoi An during sunrise.

Back to the hotel for breakfast.

Morning enjoy photography with people mending the blue fishing net in Hoi An (Model setup for photography).

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Afternoon enjoys portrait photography in Hoi An with the elderly (Model setup for photography). We will enjoy photography with the very famous and beautiful elderly people in Hoi An.

Then free to visit Hoi An Ancient Town. Hoi An is a lively heritage town, there is no car to enter this area, walking and cycling are the main activities to visit Hoi An Ancient Town. The Hoi An Town is very nice during sunset with the twilight of the lantern.

DAY 14 - 21 FEB 2025: HOI AN / DA NANG / DEPARTURES

Early in the morning, enjoy the sunrise in Hoi An and free to visit and take street photography in Hoi An.

Breakfast at the hotel.

Free at leisure until time transfer to Da Nang International Airport for your next destination.

End of service.
